COVID SCREENING
Screening all patients for covid related symptoms and contact prior to arrival. Any patients who have COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days will not be booked at this time.
VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM
Implementing our virtual waiting room. When a patient arrives they are to text us and remain in their car or outside until we are ready to start their exam.
APPOINTMENTS ONLY
No walk-ins. All visits will be by appointment only. If you require an adjustment or a repair please call our office and book an appointment. We have reserved certain times of the day for higher risk patients as well. Ask us if you feel that applies to you.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
All staff and doctors are outfitted with appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE). Patients are required to wear a mask to their appointment. Masks will be available for purchase for those that do not have one.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We have expanded our hours, spread out appointments, and removed waiting room chairs in order to observe more physical distancing within our office.
DISINFECTION PROTOCOLS
We have enhanced our already vigorous disinfection protocol. All patient contact points are disinfected after each encounter.
ELECTRONIC PAPERWORK
Paperwork is to be completed by each patient electronically prior to arrival for your appointment. This is to decrease touch points within the office.
WHITE GLOVE OPTICAL SERVICE
Patients will be handed frames from our frame gallery to decrease touch points within our office. Each handled frame is disinfected afterwards. We will also be offering free home delivery for glasses purchases.
